You may also try the newest RC6 available here:

The newest webadmin fixes this problem.

For installing RC6 you'll need also the newest RPMs of tomcat and exist:

http://gijs.pythonic.nl/perfsonar/perfsonar-tomcat-6.0.16-3.i386.rpm
http://gijs.pythonic.nl/perfsonar/perfsonar-exist-1.1.1-1.noarch.rpm

(there is different directory structure - now /opt/perfsonar is being used)
