Hello all,
Our University is planning to purchase a new HD H.323 end-point. We are considering Cisco SX20 Quick Set and Polycom HDX7000 (and may be HDX8000).

We have little experience in SX20. Does anyone using it?
Is there any compatibility problem with other H.323 device?

Also, it seems that there is no output for SX20 nor HDX series for recording. Do you have any suggestion?
