Hi,

Is there any starting point to implement SAML using Open SAML in Java?
The documentation that I can find is only the JavaDoc.

Is there any pointer for newbie like me.

Other than looking at the shibboleth code, no...

I'd point out that this is an open source project, and that contributions are welcome. OpenSAML was developed as a foundation for Shibboleth, not as end in itself. Consequently, the core team hasn't devoted much time or effort to documenting the use of OpenSAML. And, once the new versions of OpenSAML/Shib get frozen in the next few weeks, the core team will be moving on to SAML 2.0.

However, if anyone on the lists would like to begin work on a tutorial, or sample "introductory" programs, and would be willing to contribute them, I'm sure the team would look at them. Note that "contributing" means granting the ipr to Internet2, so we could safely put your work into our cvs.
