day:
- FMM Brainstorming: Speakers, topics, PIC and mobility
- Next steps, development of our "communications bridge" proof of concept.
- Google+ has quickly gained a lot of momentum and many users.  Is there 
interest in a PIC pilot/development project (like we did for Wave?)  If so, 
what would you like to see, especially as a community?
- We hope to invite Justin Uberti to one of our calls.  What conversations 
would you like to have with Google's Real-time Communications Tech Lead?  We 
need a topic/question/discussion list. Please share your suggestions (If you 
can't make today's call, continue the email thread...) 
   
 I'll start the topic list: 
* Interoperability with existing (campus) XMPP based services
* Profiles for edu's? It's currently only for "individuals"; what suggestions 
do WE have (focus on real-time communications)
* Can/Should/Impact of: schools using the same properties as individuals, 
such as circles?  i.e., peer institutions, "all Big 10 schools", etc.  
    Consider how this could affect/enable group video conferencing across 
institutions for users, departments, IT, regional EDU efforts, K20, etc. (so 
back to the interoperability question...)
* Talk about a pilot project, direct collaboration with Google (value, 
objectives, participants/pilot schools, etc.)
