Presence and IntComm WG

My thought was just in context of specifying the hardware - I'm not
brave enough to demo jingle for the spring meeting!  

However, if we do have to purchase/acquire hardware, I would like choose
equipment which will support future demos which will likely include
jingle.

You might want to wait until the next meeting. The Jingle specs have not

yet been advanced to Draft and Google Talk is waiting for that to happen

before they change their implementation to use the spec'd version. Once 
that happens we should see many more implementations...
