It sounds like there are a couple of different topics proposed:

1) IM service providers, e.g., Yahoo, Microsoft/MSN, in which case it 
should include someone representing the cellphone service providers or 
related standards organization, e.g. 3gpp.org (GSM) or 3gpp2.org 
(non-GSM).  If this discussion does not talk about how to adapt it for 
use by enterprises and campuses, then Internet2 MM is probably not the 
right place for it.

2) Enterprise/Campus IM services: e.g., jabber, SIP, where an IT 
department runs its own IM servers.

Maybe there could be a panel about campus and enterprise multimedia IM 
that talks about self-provided IM vs IM service providers.

I'll think about this some more, off to lunch.
