I heard that y'all had trouble with our eDial box on the last call.
I'm sorry for the frustration.  You may be amused to learn, however,
that the problem was traced to a T1 (see below).

Hi all,

eDial and TSG have identified the problem as, we think, being specific
to one of our voice T1s.

We've disabled this T1, which means that we'll only have 23 inbound
lines available via the standard numbers.

Outbound calls, and calls to the alternate 800 number (800-392-6130)
should still work fine.

We'll be in touch with the carrier tomorrow for maintenance on the
bad T1.
