The group reviewed selected action items:

[12-Aug-04] On the next call that Jamey is on, the group will further discuss
what's needed to enable per-room display of resources.
- Done on this call. The group agreed to keep this simple, just displaying 
URLs
and maybe titles as well. The details will be different for the web UA and 
sipc.

- The demo was not ready. The group agreed to start with just indicating user
intent via yes/no audio buttons in the UA, saving automated prescaps based on
user location for later. [ACTION] Jamey and Xiaotao will get SER and sipc 
ready
for a PIDF demo, and test it before the August 26 call.

[5-Aug-04] Joe will try to get the kiosk ready for a demo on the August 26 
call.
- Still to do, but looking less likely -- there were no meetings of the kiosk
or Web UA groups this week.

Steve has been working on the Web UA and hopes to have a new version ready 
this
week. Location resources and a refresh button for IM still need to be added.

Finally, the group reviewed the overall state of preparations for the demo in
Austin. The consensus was that we're a little bit behind, but better off than 
we
were at the same point last year. The group agreed that the most 
time-sensitive
pieces are 1) getting hardware and 2) setting up and testing the VoEx
connection.
