I don't think the iPAQ giveaway should affect our decision on handsets.  
I think the handset giveaway should be tied to whether VOIP is working.  
I don't really have an opinion on the handset giveaway.

In the hallways where people might use their laptops with wireless 
access.  I sent a note to Christian Todorov about this.  I think it's 
going to work out.
