Nice to see this progress.  I was imagining that we'd authenticate
only presence changes and have the MOBL be publicly viewable, but it
is probably better the way you have it.  We are not exposing location
to everyone, only to other participants and, even then, participants
will be able to disable the ALS presence, right?
