  We're very close to sending out a call for participation.
I think it would be a good idea to run down the todo list
(www.voice.yale.edu/PIC_demo/todo.html) one last time as well as make
sure there aren't any other loose ends.

  We also need to decide whether we're going to support Jabber.  Either
way we need to write some documentation.

  So, please join the call if you can.
