We were pleasently surprised to discover the new NetGear ProSafe
offerings, like the GS108T which supports VLANs, CoS, LACP,
STP/RSTP/MSTP, SNMP, Jumbo Frames, IGMP snooping, Port Mirroring, Port
Security, etc.  The configuration I web-based, but you can
save/restore configuration files as well.
