It doesn't look like Internet2 is receiving any SAs for that group:

That sdp file falls back to unicast, so it makes checking for multicast more of a challenge. Using videoLAN and checking for 233.0.236.30 does not see a multicast.

(I'm at home right now but checked a work computer with remote desktop. I can see > rtsp://quicktime.merit.edu/nanogmult.sdp on my unicast cablemodem.)
