You don't have multicast connectivity to the rest of the networks and/or 
you're using a different RP configuration compared to the rest.

It's futile trying to run IPv6 ASM in inter-domain like scenario with a 
non-Embedded-RP group range.  I suggest you set up or try joining a beacon 
using an embedded-RP address.  For example:

http://mcast.fujisawa.wide.ad.jp/matrix/
