If i have a network in university that is multicast aware and wish to 
connect it to the list of ISPs in http://www.multicast-isp-list.com/, 
i seems need to provision native multicast connection from the 
university to to the multicast enabled Internet.
How can i do this, is there a document that gives the guidline. Also 
what is the "multicast enabled Internet", Is it the MBONE?
