Abilene's MSDP filters haven't been updated in quite some time and we  
feel we should update these to match the best current practice for  
interdomain MSDP filtering.    Both the current filter and the  
proposed new filter are listed below.     The groups listed in the  
new filter are taken from Bill Nickless' I-D draft-ietf-nickless-ipv4- 
mcast-unusable-03.txt [1] and from Cisco's posted list of Unusable IP  
Multicast Addresses [2].

Before we implement these changes, we would like to get feedback from  
the community on whether this is the right set of MSDP filters for  
the Abilene backbone.   Are there groups that are included that  
should not be ?  Are there groups that should be added to this list ?
