Hi all

Thanks for your responces, and as your are using a diferent RP, it is going to be a problem to get any streaming from USA because inside of CUDI and CLARA, we are using the RP of Renater and I'm not sure how many people are using embedded-RP.

At this moment, CUDI is connected to the global v6 multicast network through
the m6bone, via a tunnel to RENATER. Since RENATER is in turn connected (via
tunnel) to GEANT, we cannot use embedded-RP from one side to the other. You
could, if you wanted, pursue getting embedded-RP configured within CUDI and
CLARA, and at the same time see what options you have for native v6 multicast
connections with Abilene and GEANT. . .

To be clear, Abilene (and NYSERNet) currently have the RENATER RP configured
for ff0e::/16 and ff1e::/16. So for the moment those groups will work; the
issue is how long they'll continue to work, and we don't think that will be
much longer than a few months.

Bill.
