Something strange happened to my university jtk@ alias at that time and
your mail fell right into that short window of trouble.  After a couple
of hours with no spam I knew something was amiss.  :-)

I think that would be terrifically useful.  Do you MSDP peer with a
number of other places?  That would enhance the visibility into some
localized problems or where the views are different due to filtering.
I'm not sure how much interest there is for this kind of data, but it
could certainly be invaluable for MSDP measurement studies if anyone
was motivated to take that work on.

I'll be happy to set up a send only MSDP feed to your collector if
you are willing.
