Agreed - we need some clarity. Please recall how the term ASM came into
use. We were looking for a way to describe the current deployed
interdomain mcast Internet. Some suggestions were Deering Mcast, Internet
Standard Mcast.. Any Source Mcast won the final vote, but the term 'Any'
seems to include bidir as well, even though that was not part of the
original discussion.

So our attempt to clarify terms for discussion didn't do as good a job as
was hoped. Kinda' par for mcast as a whole, don't you think? ;););)
