Abilene is not receiving an MSDP SA for (193.146.115.212, 227.142.142.3)
from GEANT. I also ran MSDP debugging to make sure we weren't receiving it
and RPF failing - and we weren't. And we're receiving over 350 other MSDP
SA's from GEANT.

This makes me think either the source isn't sending or the MSDP SA's are
getting blocked somewhere in RedIRIS or GEANT; or maybe the SA's are not
getting
generated in the first place.
