you're right -- the numbers on the metadata element aren't right. But this:

seems to say that both height and width are required attributes?

So, fixing the numbers would improve the presentation of the image; no 
doubt about that. But, is having the wrong/bad numbers sufficient to 
block presentation of the image ?
