To save people work, note that there's already a man page for metagen (and
the other various Shibboleth SP scripts) in the Debian package.  Anyone
who would like can certainly reuse it for anything they want.  I wrote it
based on looking at the source, and it's pretty terse in places (mostly
where I wasn't completely sure of the implications of what was being set)
and possibly not completely accurate, but it's a starting point.
