NameID mgmt is definitely coming out, though nobody's really asked for it
anyway. Logout I don't know about yet, but the general idea I'm playing with
is to identify the protocols and the "features", and default the handlers
based on that. I just don't know what it will look like yet, but it won't
look anything like a bunch of discrete endpoints. I'm shooting for a couple
of elements, basically.
