Looks much simpler.

There are several elements that most sites may not make use of:
those for logout and nameid service configuration. Maybe if you
left them out of the config people would stop asking for them.

I've stripped out just about everything I can reasonably default and isn't
modified in typical use, except for the Handler related functionality.

I will definitely be replacing the handler config inside the Sessions
element, but I haven't decided how, or how far to go, yet. But I think this
is pretty good progress, even without that done.

The Windows version is in a separate file, which has to add back the ISAPI
material, so I forked the file to pull in that copy in the installer.

I yanked the RequestMap outright from the non-Windows version to encourage
the Apache alternative.

(This should be self-evident, but that stripped down version won't load on
the SP now, this involved schema and code changes.)
