Shibboleth Developers

I have never had anything run properly with the gij.  Shib isn't going 
to work on it anyways so you'll need to install a real JDK at some 
point.  Might as well do it now.

Also, you aren't using the system install ant version, the ant script we 
ship with shibboleth uses a version of ant that we ship with.  It's just 
a standard ant version but with some extension ant tasks already loaded 
so that deployers don't have to figure out how to do that.
