Shibboleth Developers

By check I meant the shibboleth authentication. It seems to be working
fine now after enabeling persistent conenctions on the load balancer.

I don't know what you mean by "check". The issue is session management.
If you do your own, you don't need any stickiness other than for a
couple of minutes.
