That didn't seem to work though. I'm still getting a page that says

Based on the information provided to this application about you, you are not 
authorized to access the resource at 
"https://hermes.uth.tmc.edu/webapps/Teg-Tegrity-bb_bb60/getImsApi.jsp";

Any other possibilities?
