No, and nothing you're seeing there is relevant. There's nothing special
about Tomcat here.
You're not understanding the fundamental issue...Shibboleth is responsible
for the processing at that location, not you. If you do it, you're not using
Shibboleth, you're implementing an SP yourself, which you are free to do,
but is a completely different set of questions.
