Simple, using shibtest. It's a testing service, that's all. It gives you
your key, registers the information, etc. No human intervention, which is
InQueue's problem.

My goal for this is to facilitate testing by people that are extremely
unlikely to get serious about the software any time soon, because that's a
large proportion of the testers.

But frankly, popping the stack here, the issue is not defaults or how people
*should* start...it's installation/config scripts that can prompt for the
information and get the files changed. And we don't have those yet.

Without that, it's doomed because people have to manually change XML that
they don't understand and then they screw it up, and that's the end of that.
