I just meant what you posted yesterday, about making sure it was usable by
itself or if you pasted it into some other EntitiesDescriptor.

Which incidentally is another reason not to have schemaLocation, it can only
appear on the root of a document, I believe. Probably depends on the parser.

Ideally, these should be directly insertable in whatever enclosing structure
is useful for a particular purpose, without editing anything.
