I've posted builds of both Apache 1.3 and 2.0 with SSL support, and the
installed tree up on https://shibboleth.internet2.edu/shibboleth/win32
I really have no idea whether the mod_shib binaries we ship will work with
anybody else's Apache binary. My experience is they often don't.
