Do you mean all the SAML1.1 browser profiles Tom? Browser/POST, Artifact etc?
Is it likely that a single application would support all possible SAML profiles?
The JISC funded Guanxi project:
http://www.jisc.ac.uk/index.cfm?name=project_guanxi
http://www.guanxi.uhi.ac.uk
http://sourceforge.net/projects/guanxi/
is an open source implementation of the SAML1.1 Shibboleth profile, i.e. it's a Shibboleth compatible IdP and SP.
SAMUEL (SAMl Used in E Learning) is an open source partial imlementation of the SAML1.1 spec. It's a toolkit for building SAML packets. It's part of the Guanxi project.
Currently Guanxi is an IdP with the SP part due out in the next few months.
The open source Bodington VLE has an embedded Guanxi IdP, giving it Shibboleth compatibility out of the box:

Do you mean SourceID SAML 1.1 Java Toolkit, which is a competitor of
OpenSAML? I'm trying to distinguish between toolkits and
implementations of the profiles. As far as I know, Shibboleth is the
only implementation of the SAML 1.1 flows (unless I'm missing
something).
I was under the impression that SourceID SAML was an implementation and not
just a toolkit. I could easily be wrong.
As far as I can tell, there are open source implementations of ID-FF
1.1 (Java/.NET) and ID-FF 1.2 (Java):
SourceID ID-FF 1.x Toolkit
There is also
SourceID SAML 1.1 Java Toolkit
which is a basic toolkit like OpenSAML. AFAIK, there is no open
source implementation of the SAML 1.1 profiles. Of course, there is
PingFederate 2.0.0 (which is claimed to be an impl of SAML 1.1) but
that's a commercial product.

I can't really look at it for obvious reasons.
I understand.
So I'm back to my original question: Is Shibboleth the only open
source implementation of the SAML 1.1 browser profiles?
