That pretty much tells me the URIs don't match. The target has about 3 places 
where the URI has to be fixed.

If you hit wayf, I'll tell you if your origin URIs look ok. I can't do 
anything to check your target.

You have to look at the Apache commands, the ini file, and the AAP file, 
unfortunately.
