Your AA log shows the older attribute URIs in it. You must have missed a file 
somewhere, or you edited a resolver file that isn't
being used.

I just updated shib2, and all I had to fix was resolver.xml and the site arp 
file, so I suspect your properties are pointing
elsewhere. Luckily this won't be a problem for any other sites that didn't 
have 1.0 RC code.

Probably not, I'll see where it's configured. Where do we point it? 
shib-pilot or shib-users?
