I branched the tree and moved all the source and binary tarballs over, and 
updated the index page at
http://wayf.internet2.edu/shibboleth/index.html

The new origin is running on the InCommon tree, and I left 0.8 and 0.7 
running as before. I had to patch 0.8 a bit to keep it
working. I didn't do anything that will break 0.8 targets (like the sites 
file or the WAYF).

I disabled the 0.7 sample target, and moved the 0.8 sample to the location 
the 0.7 version was running.

The 1.0 target is now running at the main sample location:
https://wayf.internet2.edu/shibboleth/sample.jsp

The new "official" pilot WAYF is at
https://wayf.internet2.edu/InCommon/WAYF

The metadata will be posted in there for people to download for the pilots. 
For now, the metadata in /shibboleth will be for 0.8, as
is the WAYF, but eventually we'll probably make that one of the other 
federations.

I have Brown and Washington in the new sites file along with the two sample 
sites. Mine should be up soon, I hope.
