Carol,

I know one of the content providers had said they were likely able to cover
the cost of the training so I know it wasn't a huge issue. I just thought it
might make sense to ask them to waive the fee in exchange for some elevated
visibility in this national project. It's up to the group and maybe a
non-issue but we'd just thought we'd put it out there before we spoke
directly with CILC again.
