All – just an fyi to confirm the date for our one hour content provider training by CILC (www.cilc.org)

October 17 at 11 a.m. central is confirmed for the date of this content provider training.

Details on the session will be coming soon.

In order to customize content accordingly,  we'll soon introduce the facilitator of this session via email to all of you and she'll pose some specific questions about content you would like to cover. We realize one hour is not a lot of time, and we do plan to allow adequate time for Q&A as well so please be thinking of any specific questions or topics you would like to cover.

Thank you! More to come -

Subject: PPSP Meeting Agenda - Wednesday September 19

Wednesday, September 19th we will have a 1 hour (or less!) call to continue planning the Presidential Primary Sources Project.  The time of the call is 12:00 EDT/11:00 CDT/ 10:00 MST/9:00 PDT.  To join the call please dial 1-734-615-7474 (preferred) or +1-866-411-0013 (use only if free Long Distance service is not available) PIN 0176476#

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Content -

Technical - (content providers are welcome to leave the call at this point.  You may want your technical specialist to stay on the call, however.)

  • bridging and technical support

I've attached the meeting notes from last weeks meeting.  In addition I've included a draft marketing flyer for us to review and discuss during the meeting.   I'm still missing presentation times from the TR Center, Mount Rushmore, and Jimmy Carter.  If we can solidify this market material we can begin to distribute Wednesday afternoon.

Currently we have 39 schools that have expressed interest.  I expect many more will join once we get the final dates and times out to them.   If you have any questions about the event or suggestions for the agenda please do not hesitate to contact me.  Thanks again for your participation and dedication to this project.
