Not sure the fix of this issue has been added into the release 4.4.3-1.el7.

The upgraded and daily-rebuild systems in our test bed have the corrected code on them.
 
I did have another look at some of the data and found one conversion the update didn’t cover.  We could do another bugfix that will re-arrange some of the internal constraints used to maintain the integrity of the data to make updates to that field.  That has the potential to introduce additional problems beyond the relatively-small number of systems suffering from this one.
 
The expedient solution might be to do a “pscheduler internal reset” as root and then reboot the system.  That will remove all data from the database and the reboot will make pSConfig start repopulating it after everything comes back up.

  I tried that but after the reboot pSConfig is still not running.  I see that there is still data in the graphs.
