It looks like the last time it was touched was the when the same time yum
updates were run.

I did an strace on 'pscheduler internal db-update' but it doesn't look like
it referenced pg_hba.conf. -Matt

It should be trying to do things as the postgres user, but it should not be
pausing to ask for a password.
Has anything been done to change the pg_hba.conf on that system to something
other than how the toolkit sets it up?
