Mark, thanks for the reply. Should 'pscheduler internal db-update' be
trying to run as the postgres user? I've the pscheduler db user defined in
/etc/pscheduler/database/.
The program will take care of what it needs to. If its's run in a terminal,
successful output should look like this:

Administrative... Done.
User pscheduler... Done.
