perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hello all,

Perfsonar has a requirement of inverse lookup for ipv4 address. I would like
to know in which scenarios perfsonar is trying to use inverse lookup. If our
ip cannot do that, what problems we will be hitting?  I understand it as it
relates to the auto discovery service. So if no results from inverse lookup,
our nodes cannot be discovered from "http://stats.es.net/ServicesDirectory/";?
Any other parts using inverse lookup? Appreciate your response!
