We've seen this on hosts where iperf3 and owamp are running on the same NIC, which looks to be the case on your host.
iperf3 can take over the NIC, and case local loss.

We recommend running iperf3 and owamp on separate NICs. (or separate hosts).

We are seeing a regular packet loss on our hosts running latency measurements which occur around midnight ( effects the bin measurements between 2300 and 0100).

Analysis leads us to believe that this is a problem with the setup of our host rather than a network issue. ( happens on both IPv4 and separate ipv6 infrastructure. It effects  measurements  both LAN and WAN  measurements.)  The attached plots show some of the effected links.  (This signal was a lot clearer last week  buth we have had some extra packetloss  this week creating background losses to this signal.

Has anyone see a similar effect before?
