Hi Brad,

Did you have a chance to look at the installation options at 
http://docs.perfsonar.net/install_options.html ? I'm not sure which path 
did you follow but if you want to have other then default type of 
toolkit installation then installing perfsonar-centralmanagement in a 
central node and then perfsonar-testpoint in measurement hosts would 
possibly suit you and include necessary components (without client GUI). 
Then you would have to go through a series of configuration steps to 
configure central database, data storage and mesh configuration on both 
sides (see http://docs.perfsonar.net/multi_ma_install.html)
