Hi Zach,

Thanks for reporting that - hopefully that’s helpful for other people looking at this hardware. 

CentOS7 is being targeted for official support in the next major release of perfSONAR. Some parts of it may just work there today, but I cannot give any official recommendation for it right now. If you want to use the toolkit UI you should probably opt for Debian in your case.

Another possible route you might take is to set up that SuperMicro server solely as an endpoint with Debian 8. Stick the perfsonar-testpoint package on it to get you things like bwctl and owamp and then have it join a mesh and report its data back to a bigger central MA server running the full toolkit stack. Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. Starting off easy - have you verified the md5 of the download with the posted one? It’s possible that some parts of either the “burn” or the download got corrupted.
