Hi George,

It seems like the ip was indeed getting blocked on ESnet end. We have granted access so the host should be able to reach ps-west now.

The reason for the block is unclear and ESnet is investigating it. I will let you know as soon as I have more information.

From the CLI, I try a wget and it hangs.

I ran a span port on the external interface of my border router and I see TCP SYN packets outbound to ps-west.es.net.  Is it possible that my IP 169.154.197.26 is being block or is getting blacklisted on ESNet???
