I can no longer reach the simple LS bootstrap file from my PS toolkit server (enpl-pt1-10g.eos.nasa.gov).  From my LS  registration deamon log file:

From the CLI, I try a wget and it hangs.

If I re-IP my server to another address in the same subnet, I can reach ps-west.

I ran a span port on the external interface of my border router and I see TCP SYN packets outbound to ps-west.es.net.  Is it possible that my IP 169.154.197.26 is being block or is getting blacklisted on ESNet???
