Thanks, but I’m still unable to reach ps-west or ps-east.

I’m very interested in the outcome of the investigation.  This a PS server that gets daily updates so it should be as secure as most PS servers.

Hi George,

It seems like the ip was indeed getting blocked on ESnet end. We have granted access so the host should be able to reach ps-west now.

The reason for the block is unclear and ESnet is investigating it. I will let you know as soon as I have more information.

From the CLI, I try a wget and it hangs.

I ran a span port on the external interface of my border router and I see TCP SYN packets outbound to ps-west.es.net.  Is it possible that my IP 169.154.197.26 is being block or is getting blacklisted on ESNet???
