Our latency perfsonar box broke with the 3.4 upgrade & so far I can't get 
it fixed. Now nothing much can be done since the root filesystem is out of 
inodes, one of my UK colleagues said he also saw this on his perf.v3.4 box

Any attempt to do much results in "No space left on device"

All perfsonar services are chkconfig'd off & the box rebooted. Now where 
are likely zillions of tiny probably old files to delete to free up 
inodes? Hopefully the perfsonar experts will know!

Found one candidate: /var/lib/perfsonar/regular_testing

Nearly 4000 directories with empty .powlock file inside
