Hi Soichi;

The JOWPing client doesn't have a maintainer, so it is unlikely to be
modified or included in future releases unless someone wants to claim
ownership.

With regards to owping - you need to provide the same ports to the client as
well. When you configure things via the FAQ that is only telling the server
side to behave in that manner. E.g. run owping with the -P option to specify
a port range.
