Hi Soichi;

Is the machine you are performing the test from (presumably your laptop or desktop) behind a NAT or a firewall?  Typically the error means that the client machine can't establish a control connection to the server (in this case the IU host).  We are able to get a functional test from a client that has a non-natted IP address, see below:

There is probably nothing wrong with the server, if this is the case.
